Have had the best massages here! All of the staff are experienced and really know what your body needs. I have a lot of prior injuries (herniated discs, surgery on my neck) and they always can feel and know how much pressure to apply. They do a phenomenal job for $60/hr! Make sure to leave a generous tip
18 years of business. ~ They have an amazing variety of deep therapeutic work ... by a variety of Great, Authentic Therapists ! (Plus "Chinese Medicine" and other Health Option available !)
I really wanted to give this place a fair chance because a client of mine highly recommended it. As a braider, I get massages every two weeks to keep my body right, and my normal therapist has been booked — so I decided to try this spa again after a disappointing first visit. Unfortunately, today confirmed that this is not the place for me. From the moment I got on the table, the service felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The therapist didn’t useany lotion, her hands felt unclean, and she didn’t seem trained in proper massage techniques. She was pressing directly into my bones — even after I told her multiple times that it hurt — and the massage itself felt more like random pressure than an actual therapeutic session. The environment also did not feel private or relaxing. You can hear every person who walks in and out, doors slamming, voices in the hallway — not ideal when you’re naked on a table expecting a peaceful experience. Between the lack of skill, the discomfort, and the overall unprofessional setting, I decided to leave early rather than spend an hour in pain. The therapist kept questioning why I was leaving, but I simply did not feel safe, comfortable, or confident in the service. One lady tried to make me leave out the back door even though I was parked in the front. I just stood there looking confused and then she said OK go ahead and go to the front and they unlock the door. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I do want to warn others who value professionalism, training, cleanliness, and privacy in their massage experience. Sadly, this spa missed the mark on all of those.
